Aging: for the first 2 months in French oak barrels, for 36 months in new Allier French oak barriques and tonneaux, then in the bottle for at least 12 months.
 
Pairing: suitable with fine and tasty meat dishes and aged cheeses.
 
Tasting notes A seductive and very classy wine. Mediterranean, sunny and powerful. Dark ruby red in color, almost impenetrable, consistent, it explodes on the nose very elegant aromas of green pepper with vegetal nuances well blended with apricot and vanilla with a violet finish. In the mouth its great structure immediately emerges which, supported by a good acidity, makes it a candidate for longevity. It is pulpy, dense in fruit and elegant with dense and refined tannins perfectly polished. It closes harmoniously on notes of jam with an almost infinite persistence.
