Description
Precious oil from the Madonie. Produced by the Di Fiore brothers' agricultural company Santa Venera. The olives used come from olive groves located in the Polizzi Generosa valley (Pa) in the heart of the Madonie Park. The olives are harvested starting from the first week of November, pressed with soft pressing and cold extraction. The oil thus obtained is stored in stainless steel, without filtering, so as to keep the organoleptic characteristics intact. Great presence of polyphenols which preserve the oil from ageing.
