The Messina Brewery Cooperative was established in memory of grandparents who were master brewers, fathers, and for the future of their children and beautiful Messina. The workers, who today have become "entrepreneurs," invested their severance pay to get started, rolled up their shirt sleeves and worked hard to build a new plant where they can "grow" a true all-Messina beer. The beer that this city deserves, the beer that knows how to celebrate with every sip the tradition and history of Messina and its people, made up of workers and people sympathetic to a project that has the flavor of revenge.
