Punto Carni is a historic artisanal butcher store and typical food store that enhances and promotes Sicilian foods, territories and traditions. It was founded after World War II by the Arrigo family of Saponara (ME), until then traders in poultry and animal skins. Founded as a "meat and wine store," with the management of the second generation of the Arrigo family, the company will artisanally process half-carcasses for the production of semi-finished products and high quality typical meat preparations, thanks to the partnership with the "Carni di Sicilia" consortium, which guarantees the quality and territoriality of the supply chain, breeding and natural feeding of livestock.
