The local pistachio salami is an artisanal salami obtained from the mixture of our Sicilian pork meats naturally flavored according to the ancient Sicilian butcher's tradition. Try it as an appetizer in combination with a slice of toasted Sicilian ancient grain bread together with typical cheeses and a good glass of red wine.
