Punto Carni is a historic artisan butcher's shop and a typical food shop that enhances and promotes Sicilian foods, territories and traditions. It was founded after World War II by the Arrigo family from Saponara (ME), until then traders of poultry and animal skins. Founded as a "meat and wine shop", managed by the second generation of the Arrigos, the company will work the half-carcasses by hand for the production of semi-finished products and typical high-quality meat preparations, thanks to the partnership with the consortium "Carni di Sicilia” which guarantees the quality and territoriality of the supply chain, breeding and natural feeding of livestock.
