Biscottificio Monastra was founded in 1958 in a small town in the Nebrodi Mountains, Castell'Umberto. From a simple family-run cookie factory specializing in traditional Sicilian products, Biscottificio Monastra has grown and established itself in the area. Today the company mainly uses raw materials from organic farming. Among its lines are the "Benfatti," nomen omen, high quality cookies, perfect for a simple and genuine breakfast, tasty and rich in flavor.
