Sensory notes: cheerful and disruptive, with good acidity; hint of strawberry, pink pepper and also red bitter.
On the nose, in addition to the rose, wild strawberry and blood orange stand out, as well as pink pepper and pomegranate.
At the sight of this, it has a deep, intense, sparkling pink gold color.

This Perricone rosé was born from a challenge: to demonstrate that it is possible, with large grapes, to obtain a great rosé, fresh and pleasant, but with a good structure.
We then extract the flower must of our best grapes, after a few hours of pressing, and we vinify it in white, obtaining an intense rosé and
fragrant, brilliant and of great combinability, especially with vegetables.
