Don Fefè Ruperossa Extra Virgin Olive Oil is a high-quality selection made from the finest olives of central-eastern Sicily. Harvesting is carried out by hand between October 20th and 30th, the ideal period to obtain an oil with a perfect balance and rich fragrance. The olives are cold-pressed within 12 hours of harvesting to preserve freshness and maintain their natural organoleptic properties.
After extraction, the oil is filtered and stored in stainless steel tanks at a controlled temperature, completely protected from oxygen, ensuring maximum stability and long-lasting quality.
With a clear golden-yellow color and a smooth, full-bodied texture, Don Fefè stands out for its intense yet harmonious aroma. On the nose, it reveals notes of almond, hay, tomato leaf, ripe citrus fruits, and delicate hints of aromatic herbs such as sage and rosemary.
