The BIO Modica Chocolate 70% Cocoa is a pure and authentic artisanal bar, produced following the traditional Modica recipe using organic ingredients from a fair-trade supply chain. The mixture consists exclusively of Forastero cocoa beans and whole brown sugar (Mascobado and Panela), with no additives or added flavorings.
The production process is carried out at low temperatures, preserving the natural cocoa butter contained in the beans and resulting in a lower fat content compared to industrial chocolate. This technique gives the product its characteristic grainy texture and intense aroma, typical of true Modica chocolate.
