Neither Red Nor Pink | Rosé Wine IGP Terre Siciliane – Sinubìo – 750 ml

Nè Rosso Nè Rosa | Sinubìo is an IGP Terre Siciliane wine born in the sandy vineyards of the Marsala area, where tradition and the Mediterranean microclimate blend together to create a rosé of unique, refined character.

To the eye, it presents a soft ruby red that anticipates a fruity, spicy bouquet, with elegant notes of ripe cherry, vanilla and black pepper. On the palate it is harmonious, broad and structured, with a perfect balance between freshness and softness.

The grapes are hand-harvested and chilled to preserve their quality, then destemmed and subjected to a brief maceration of about 48 hours. Fermentation continues without the skins, resulting in a fine, aromatic wine of great balance.

Aging takes place for about eight months in the same fermentation tanks, with periodic stirring of the lees, which helps give the wine body, elegance and complexity.

Ideal paired with white meat dishes, first courses with fish or shellfish sauces, it is a versatile, refined wine, perfect served at a temperature of 10–12°C.
