Litra Biodynamic Demeter 2016 is an excellent red wine, a pure Cabernet Sauvignon capable of embodying the authentic essence of the Sicilian territory. To the eye, it presents an intense, impenetrable ruby red, almost velvety, a prelude to its strength and complexity. On the nose, it opens with deep varietal notes of green pepper and cardamom, followed by hints of anise, vanilla and cinnamon, intertwined with earthy aromas of thyme, coffee, dark chocolate and juniper berries.
