Pinot Noir | Sicilian Red Wine represents the quintessence of elegance and finesse. A fragrant, ethereal wine, with delicate notes of small berries, currants, raspberries and light spices, enriched by hints of musk and wild aromas, as wild as the nature of the Madonie mountains it comes from.

The Settevie vineyard, facing southeast with a view of Etna, extends over well-drained, well-ventilated soil: an ideal microclimate for a demanding grape variety like Pinot Noir. Here a wine is born that combines tradition and innovation, the fruit of a challenge won with passion by the producer Salvatore, who wanted to demonstrate that an extraordinarily refined Pinot Noir can also be achieved in Sicily.

With an almost transparent ruby red color, it presents a balanced structure, fine tannins and a delicate acidity that enhances its drinkability. Aging in second-passage oak barriques lends elegance and complexity, without overpowering the wine’s natural freshness.

Perfect paired with porcini mushrooms, truffle risotto, lamb and spiced dishes, Pinot Noir best expresses its qualities alongside dishes with intense, bold aromas.
